Kelimutu 3 Colors Lake becomes the most wonderful nature in Flores, a mystical island in the eastern part of Indonesia. Kelimutu 3 Colors Lake has its special name, Tiwu Ata Mbupu for the first lake and Tiwu Nuwa Muri Koo Fai for the second lake. The first and second lakes are within the proximity while the third lake of Tiwu Ata Polo situated about 1.5km to the west. It crater lakes is a part of Kelimutu National Park, a unique natural features, with high biodiversity, and cultural heritage. This very stunning place offers the magical ambiance in early morning for visitors prefer to see the sunrise. This National Park is the most nature visited destination in Flores, serves as a habitat for at least 19 rare, endemic bird species.
Kelimutu 3 Colors Lake Tour
The tour to Kelimutu 3 Colors Lake will start from Maumere and proceed to Moni, a village close to the Trans Flores ‘highway’. One night stay at Wolowaru village, early morning driving to the lakes area can be reached easily by 30-minute walk through a paved road to a parking lot. It will pass the lush green forest with the sound of birds singing. The following day trip will be the Sikka weaving village and Wuring fishermen village. Flores has so many astonishing places with traditional architecture where the local easily found to wear Ikat weaving. They also love to dance and express the daily life happily.
Program 1st Day (L.D)
- Pick up from your hotel in Bali : (Sanur, Nusa Dua, Seminyak, Kuta, Jimbaran) to be transferred to Ngurah Rai Airport – Bali for flight to Maumere
- On arrival lunch at local restaurant, direct to Moni Village
- Stop at Wolowaru Village
- Dinner & overnight at hotel in Moni Village
Program 2nd Day (B.L.D)
- Depart in early morning go to Kelimutu Lake to see the three colors lake & amazing sunrise
- Drive back to Hotel in Moni to have breakfast, shower then direct drive to Ende
- Stop at Sikka Village to see weaving village and wuring fisherman village
- Lunch at local restaurant
- Dinner & overnight at hotel

Day 1: Bali-Maumere-Moni (-/L/D)
Morning flight to Maumere. On arrival transfer to a local restaurant for lunch. Then proceed to Moni with stops in Wolowaru village. Late afternoon arriving in Moni. Dinner and overnight at Christine Lodge or similar.
Day 2: Moni-Kelimutu-Ende (B/L/D)
Early morning driving up to Mt. Kelimutu to see its picturesque colored lakes and the sunrise. After breakfast driving back to Maumere with stops in Sikka weaving village and Wuring fishermen village. Late afternoon arriving in Maumere and check in at Sylvia Hotel or similar.
Day 3: Ende-Denpasar (B/-/-)
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your flight back to Bali.
